Chris Zito learned about energy, spiritual work and healing therapies when he began taking classes with Pat Longo, mentor to the Long Island Medium's Teresa Caputo.  After furthering his studies with one of Pat's proteges Michele Edstrom, he was compelled to share his gift and help others through work with body, mind and spirit.

 

In 2015 Chris graduated from Virginia Beach's renowned Cayce Reilly School of Massage Therapy, studying massage therapy, energy work, meditation, nutrition, Jin Shin Do, Asian therapy, reflexology, craniosacral therapy and hydrotherapy, just to name a few.  In addition, in May of 2015, Chris became a Reiki Master.

  

Chris calls on all of the modalities he has been trained in and brings a unique wholistic approach to treat mind body & spirit. He  provides an individualized healing experience for each client.
